    I always eat healthy because you don’t want to dig yourself in a hole. The best diet is to focus on what you should be eating, and knowing how the foods you’re eating are helping you be healthier and look more beautiful. What you put in your body is what makes you glow and look healthy and gorgeous.

    I once met Cindy Crawford and she said to me, ‘It’s not just about working out, it’s most important to watch what you eat.’ That changed my perspective because it really is about eating the right things. You can’t be too hard on yourself if you work out and eat right most of the time, though.     FAVOURITE FOOD:
    I could eat fish every day. I love eating fish, and I honestly would always choose fish over pizza.

    PRE WORKOUT MEAL:
    I’m never hungry after workouts. I love egg on gluten-free toast before [going to the gym].

    Lots of spinach and roasted organic wild salmon.

    Workout Routine

    My workouts are always changing because your body is always changing. I always played sports growing up so I am very athletic and I have an athletic body type. For the show, you really want to look long and lean. For other girls that may be toning and building and there are lots of girls like me that have done Soul Cycle and high-intensity workouts to get there. I think the best thing is yoga and Pilates and I also do Ballet Beautiful as well, plus lots of band work. I do incline walking instead of running … just make sure you’re using your butt and not your thighs because you don’t want to make that big!

    My body is very athletic, so the exercises that really help my body are things that are lengthening. I’ve been doing Ballet Beautiful since 2013, and I’m still in the falling-in-love stage. It re-taught me how to stand, and a different way to hold my weight, so it helped me move as a model as well.

    My workouts are mainly defined by Mary Helen [Bowers’] incredible Ballet Beautiful regimen. She focuses on powerful lengthening and elegant yet tough body awareness that also stimulates and challenges my mind. I love Ballet Beautiful! It has taught me a whole new kind of discipline and respect for my body.

    Mindset

    I like to switch it up. It depends on my mood, but I always stay active.

    Even if you don’t have time for a big workout, stretching in the morning and night really changes your body.

    Your ligaments can only heal through rest, and you have to rest if you want to see the results of all your hard work.

    I’ll make sure the week before that I take time off to sleep enough, which is equally as important as working out.

    I always love to stay in shape. I don’t try to apply some quick fix. The best thing I can do, aside from working out every day, is adding stretching to my routine. It makes a world of difference.

    Working Out With A Fitness Trainer

    Justin Gelband was the first trainer I ever worked with—I still work with him—and it has been an incredible five-year experience. There’s no one I respect more or have learned more from, regarding the body. The most important thing he ever taught me is to move slowly and feel resistance and foundation in all of my movements. He also taught me the importance of a rest day and how that is crucial in the training process.

    I’m a deadly trainer when left to my own devices. When I work out alone before a job, I find myself in new ways, and it’s incredibly satisfying. I know I have to give myself at least two hours.

    Skin Care Routine

    Face

    I love my Clarisonic, and I love AmorePacific Treatment Cleansing Foam. It’s the most amazing cleanser I’ve ever used. I also love all of the Ling skin-care products. I see Carol at Ling Skin Care [for facials], and she’s the best. I use their Oxygen Plasma Potion, Apple Stem Cellular Energy, and Ginseng Moisture Mask. I sleep in that mask.

    After Workout Routine

    After I workout I always wash my face. It’s important to keep your pores clean after a good sweat. I use a cleanser, serum, and lotion. My cleanser is the treatment cleansing foam from Amore Pacific. I also love Ling Skincare. My facialist for years, Carol, is amazing, and I use all their products. I use first, Dual Moisture Emulsion, then my serum, Oxygen Plasma Potion, then my lotion, Oxygen + Multi-Vitamin Nourishment.

    Body

    Cover myself in coconut oil from the kitchen. Also, make a really hot bath with salts, squeeze a bunch of lemons in and throw in the peels. Instant detox! And foor the ultimate glamorous effect: Korean spa full body scrub at Juvenex. [And] I take a hot bath every day.

    [In my shower I keep] Foreo Fiscal Cleaning Brush, S-HEART-S Scalp Brush, Christoph Robin hair care, Ahava Liquid Dead Sea Salt, and a long dry brush.

    Erins Beauty Advice:
    1. Wash your face every morning and before you go to bed. It’s the only way to avoid blemishes.
    2. It’s important that you apply moisturizer while your skin is still damp. This locks in the water and keeps your skin from drying out.
    3. Use an eyelash curler to make eyes appear naturally fresh. It’s a great way to open your eyes without adding any product.
    4. I also love cheek stains! I think they give you a perfect dewy glow that makes your skin look radiant.
    5. Always travel with lip balm. My lips always get chapped on planes, so I carry lip balm in my purse. My favourite is the VS PRO Smooth FX Lip Scrub & Balm. It contains a lip scrub that buffs away dead skin and a cooling lip balm that hydrates. It’s amazing!

    Make Up

    Basic Face Routine

    [There is a] go-to look that I use all the time. It’s just curled eyelashes, no mascara, and a tinted lip balm. Another, is to give your skin a break when you go out at night. Just keep it simple with clean dewy skin, a little contour on the eyes, and a strong, pop of lip color. I really believe in less is more. It’s more sophisticated to look look and fresh and make a statement in one place.

    Lips

    I just got back from vacation, so right now I’m really loving tinted lip balm. I love the Fresh Tinted Lip Treatments and this new Burberry one I just got, Lip Glow Balm in Orange Poppy. I love curled eyelashes with no mascara. I think it’s so sexy to have no mascara, just a lip.

    Fragrance

    [I wear] nothing too floral or too sweet. I’ve spent my lifetime finding my fragrance, so I’ve accumulated about 50. But mine is a unisex fragrance. I would totally wear Curve Sport. I love men’s fragrances for women—it kind of goes along with the idea of boyfriend jeans. It’s Bond-girl sexy.”

    Hair Care

    Favourite Products

    I use only Christophe Robin products. And I wear a lot of oil in my hair when I’m not working, so it just looks really dirty.

    I love Oribe products. I’ve been using this Alterna Caviar brand, too – they have a really great twist-top bottle that’s great for travel. I always use heat protectants by Kérastase, the oil in the hot-pink bottle is good for blondes.
