It is therefore all the less surprising that she seasons her food not only with salt and pepper but also with many other spices. She often brings these spices with her wherever she goes.

    • 1 tbps of matcha powder
    • 1 tbps of baobab powder
    • 1 tbps of collagene powder
    • 1 tbps of artcickoe powder
    • 1 tbps of moringa powder

    • 2 tbps of pomegranate extract

    After drinking her smoothie, she begins her second supplement program, which includes the following: goldenseal, liquid vitamin C, zinc, EHB, hydrastin, papaya seed, vitamin D (once a week), vitamin B12, black cumin, multiviatmin, humacel, pine bark, orgenao oil and turmeric. When she feels stressed, she takes a drop of lavender oil.
